We are proud to serve Arsenal Cider at Soergel’s in the left-side of McIntosh Hall. The taproom features up to nine varieties of hard cider, of which the apple-based varieties are made with Soergel’s own apple cider. The the remaining varieties of cider are from a rotating selection of pear, honey (mead), raspberry, and rhubarb (just to name a few), all of which are gluten-free. In addition to their ciders, Arsenal features two locally-brewed beers on tap as well. Available by the glass or growler, stop in for the full selection and taste local brewing done right!
