Soergel Orchardview Stables offers riding lessons taught by Mary Kay Soergel at her farm in Marshall Township. Learn the basics of horsemanship, including grooming, pasturing, equipment, and bonding with the horse.
The Stables’ goal is to present horseback riding in a safe, fun manner. We are happy to work with all ages and physical abilities. Our specialty is obstacle based horsemanship. This method encourages the horse and rider to work as a team as they navigate obstacles. This develops a relationship of trust and respect between horse and rider. We teach basic skills to develop confidence for each student in a fun, stress free way. Horseback riding is a sport for all ages and abilities.
