	Silvana Nardone is author of Cooking for Isaiah: Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Recipes for Easy, Delicious Meals, the owner/editor-in-chief of the digital gluten-free magazine, Easy Eats, and the founder of SilvanasKitchen.com, a gluten-free cooking and baking blog.   Join Silvana at 11 am on the May 18 for a special gluten-free cooking demonstration followed-up a book signing.
	Brittany Angell is author of the best selling Essential Gluten Free Baking Guides Part 1 & 2 is founder of the allergen-free food blog RealSustenance.com.   Join Brittany at 1pm on the May 18 for a special gluten-free cooking demonstration followed-up a book signing.

Books by both authors will be available for purchase at the event.

Fresh Asparagus Straight from the Field!

There’s nothing like the snap of a fresh spear of asparagus picked that same morning. And that’s what you get with Soergel’s Homegrown asparagus.

Grilled Lemon Garlic Asparagus

Ingredients

1 pound asparagus

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Salt and freshly ground black pepper
